How I can reserve if we are more than 10 people?
The best way to do this is to make contact with Facundo a e-mail with your request to reservas@pophostel.com

Do you need a credit card to reserve a bed?
YES . Sorry we can not confirm a booking without a credit card.
Nevertheless give us a ring anyway a few days before you come or after arriving in Madrid to see if we still have a bed for you .

Is there a curfew at the POP HOSTEL?
No In the POP Hotel there is no curfew you may come and go as you please.

Are all the bed rooms mixed gender at the POP Hostel?
Yes, Yes. All the bedrooms are mixed, if you do not want to share mixed gender rooms that you may have reserved give us a call or send us an e-mail with your request to see if we can help you.

What if I want to cancel my booking?
You must cancel you booking not less then 48 Hours before arriving at the Hostel otherwise the cost of the first night accommodation will be charged to your credit card.

Can I use the kitchen to prepare my own food?
Yes. You can cook for yourself or you may delight your fellow travellers cooking typical dishes of your country. Our kitchen is open from 08.00 to 24.00
